You're Tired But You Showed Up | Level 2 Full Body Strength Workout (Dumbbells Only)
You showed up. Even on a slow day. That's Level 2. This is a full body strength workout built for the days when you're ready to work but your body feels a little heavy. No need to feel 100%, I’ll meet you right where you are. What we're doing: Dumbbells, supersets, and circuits with a focus on slow, controlled tempo and unilateral leg work. Every rep is intentional. Every weight should challenge you. Interval breakdown: Weighted strength |40 seconds Core work | 30 seconds Conditioning finishers | 20 seconds all out Exercises include: Gliding lateral lunge Wide chest press Kneeling front to lateral arm raise Bent-over row RFESS rear foot elevated split squat / FFESS front foot elevated split squat Gliding knee tucks or hanging knee tucks Single leg loaded jackknife Conditioning finishers: Sprint forward and back Jumping jack squat drop with jump Equipment: Dumbbells (required) Stepper or plates (optional) Pick a weight that actually challenges you. If the last two reps aren't hard, go heavier. Slow the tempo down that's where the strength is built. This is Level 2 on the energy scale of 1–4. Ready to work, feeling slow but still showing up.
