30 Minute Full Body Strength Workout | Dumbbells Only | Low Impact | No Repeats Tri-sets

Grab dumbbells and a mat for this 30 Minute Total Body Strength Workout. For resistance reference I have a pair of 20, 15, 10, and 5lb dumbbells. I will always let you know what weight selection I am using. Keep in mind that you and I are different, so you may need to go heavier than me to feel challenged OR you may need to go lighter than me in order to keep good form..so find a weight selection that feels challenging for you while maintaining really great form! Feel free to increase or decrease weight mid-set if needed, just be sure to match on the opposing side if it is a unilateral set. We will perform tri-sets during today's workout. The first two exercise will always be a lower or upper body strength exercise performed with weights for 50 seconds. The third exercise of every tri-set will be a plank variation exercise performed for 45 seconds with or without dumbbells. We have eight total tri-sets including the warm up. We end the workout with a nonstop five minute ab blast. 7 exercises, 45 seconds each. We begin the workout following this template: DB upper or lower body strength exercise, 50 sec 10 sec transition DB upper or lower body strength exercise, 50 sec 10 sec transition DB or BW plank exercise, 45 sec 30 sec recovery/transition new triset A majority of the trisets are unilateral, meaning we will perform the left side for the first exercise and right side for the second exercise. If you have a weaker side, please perform that side first and match it on the stronger side. I will always cue left side first. This one is very high volume. If needed, drop your weight during the exercise to something lighter and/or go at a different pace than what I am going at. You can also rest/pause during the set or physically hit the pause button if needed as well. 😀 Our first triset is our warm up.
