45 Minute Barre Inspired Strength Workout | Full Body | Dumbbells and Mat | Low Impact

All you need are dumbbells and a mat for this 45 minute barre inspired full body strength workout. This is not a typical barre class. I am using 5lb DBs throughout and recommend resistance anywhere from 2-8ish lb DBs. Everyone's strength and endurance level is different. If the workout feels too easy 5 minutes into the workout, swap out the weights for something heavier. If it feels too heavy where form starts to slip, drop the weight selection to something lighter. You are never locked in to a weight selection, so feel free to change it throughout the workout as needed. This is your workout so please make it your own! We being with a quick, (un-timed) warmup before transitioning into our 4 main strength blocks. The first block is upper body focused. Every exercise in block one will be performed for 45 seconds. The second block is lower body focused. Every exercise in block two will be performed for 40 seconds each. The third block is a combination of lower and upper body in a supine position. Every exercise in block three will be performed for 35 seconds each. The final fourth block is ab focused. Every exercise in block 4 is 30 seconds each. There are no built-in rests during the blocks. There are rests/recovery periods after each block. Rest/pause during the sets if needed OR hit the pause button on your device and return when you are ready. We are moving to approximately 130 BPM throughout. I am dubbing music over top of what I am listening to, so at times it may be slightly off from my editing.
