The "Minmin style" has remained unchanged since the old days, not making the soup too thick! The noodles are custom-made by a long-established noodle factory in Kanoya, and are fried in oil. You can enjoy two different textures, crisp on the outside and chewy and moist inside! The "Ankake Yakisoba" is a signature dish that has been loved for over half a century since the Showa era. Another popular dish alongside the "Ankake Yakisoba" is the "Old-fashioned Sauce Yakisoba." This dish is irresistible with its savory sauce seasoning. The key to the flavor is the "special sauce"! The sauce was made for the "Old-fashioned Sauce Yakisoba," and is a traditional thick, slightly sweet and spicy sauce.
