Day 3 of a 4-part series: This workout is perfect for those who don't want to go or don't have access to a gym, or don't have or want to use equipment, or don't have much space in their living area. It is bodyweight only, and requires only the space of a yoga mat. There are 3 sets of 3 exercises, with options for increasing the difficulty level.
