Legs and Ab Workout at Home - 10 Minutes Plus 2 Minute Finisher

Build strength, balance, and endurance in just 12 minutes with this full body workout. The first 10 minutes combine lower body, upper body, and core exercises to keep your heart rate elevated while challenging multiple muscle groups at once. You’ll move through reverse lunges to squat and press, alternating Cossack squats with a weight transfer, alternating lunges, squat and press, good mornings, Romanian deadlifts, reverse plank tucks, weighted crunches, and weighted V-ups. After the main workout, finish with an intense glute burner designed to leave your lower body working hard until the final second. You’ll perform glute bridges with 10 pulses followed by 10 seconds of rest, then 9 pulses and 9 seconds of rest, continuing all the way down to 1.
