I still love this language, although over time I've become increasingly interested in other languages ​​and have come to recognize Ruby's shortcomings. Now I often see Rubyists learning Go as a second language or even migrating to it. Golang is a modern, high-performance, and already very popular programming language. However, its rather limited syntax and some design decisions, when viewed from the outside, sometimes evoke interest, confusion, and even ridicule. In my talk, I'll compare Ruby and Go and demonstrate how their strengths complement each other perfectly.
