TRAVELING IN A KOMBI MOTORHOME THROUGH SANTA CATARINA! We're in western Santa Catarina, exploring places rarely visited by travelers! Today we'll be visiting the city of Quilombo in western Santa Catarina. We'll be hitting the road to see the Salto Saudades Waterfall, also known as the Quilombo Waterfalls, a beautiful waterfall famous for being a mini Iguazu Falls, as it resembles the world-famous Iguazu Falls. We'll venture along a rural road to reach the Quilombo Waterfalls. While the works for the new park access are underway, we had to take a detour on a dirt road. However, due to heavy rain in the southern region, the road was very muddy and challenging. An adventure aboard the Kombi Mel, just the way we like it! After all, we're already training and getting used to the new adventure to come. We'll be heading to the far north and passing through some of Brazil's most challenging dirt roads, but that's a story for the next season!
