TRAVELING THROUGH THE SANTA CATARINA MOUNTAINS IN A KOMBI MOTORHOME! We've arrived in the Santa Catarina mountains, and we're getting closer to our city, Itajaí, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina. We're returning to our city after a great season in the far south of South America. We drove all over Patagonia in Argentina and Chile, did wild camping, and explored trails with beautiful landscapes. Now we're wrapping up the season, stopping in our city to visit family, reorganize our Kombi Motorhome Mel, and start a new season. We're going together to Alaska, the far north of the Americas, aboard Kombi Mel. In this video, we'll show the cities we visited in the Midwest and arrive in the Santa Catarina mountains in Lages, the land of pine nuts and Araucaria trees in Santa Catarina! We'll show the cities of Concórdia, Joaçaba, Herval D'Oeste, Campos Novos, and Lages. Let's share the challenges of living on the road in a vehicle like the Kombi, and also our routine living in a small house. The last few days on the road have been intense because we urgently need to get the Kombi serviced. Our steering has a serious problem and we could lose control at any moment. This maintenance stop will be crucial for us to continue on new adventures and roads heading north!
