The class: Barre and Tone is designed to tone your whole body, burn fat, and build the muscles of a dancer! its only 20 minutes, but rest assured you will feel the burn! ***************************** What you need: A barre- which can be a chair, table, or benchtop! Anything that is about hip height and is nice and stable. You will also need a pilates mat/towel. **************************** Class Level: This class is for everyone!
