Whether you're recovering after pregnancy, experiencing pelvic organ prolapse or urinary leakage, or simply looking to build a stronger foundation, this gentle routine will guide you through learning how to coordinate your breathing, pelvic floor, and deep core muscles. This gentle, low-impact routine is performed lying on your back to help you connect with your pelvic floor and deep core without placing unnecessary pressure on your body.
