Comment VRAIMENT faire un Brossage à sec I réduire la rétention d'eau et la cellulite

Here's my dry brushing routine with me. If you don't already have a brush, here's a link to a soft brush from an organic store in France: https://okjo-marseille.com/boutique-z... or like mine on Amazon: https://amzn.to/4hB7JiJ In the first part of this video, you'll do the dry brushing with me. In the second part, I'll explain why I do these steps and why it's so important to start lymphatic drainage. For effective dry brushing, you need to stimulate your lymph nodes beforehand! And they don't tell you that when you buy a brush. For best results: do this dry brushing 1 to 2 times a week to start, and massage your lymph nodes daily. (Open the doors) To learn more about the lymphatic system, why it's important to take care of it, how it gets blocked, and how self-massage can be the solution to your problems, discover my LYMPHA FLOW program: https://yoga.chloesoulsun.com/lymphe-... Contraindications for dry brushing: Irritated or injured skin due to a localized infection: If you have wounds, sunburn, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions in the area you wish to brush. Varicose veins: If you suffer from varicose veins, avoid brushing the affected areas. Skin cancer: If you have skin cancer or have recently undergone surgery to treat it, speak to your doctor before dry brushing, as it may interfere with the healing process. Pregnancy: Wait until after the first trimester before performing any lymphatic drainage. It is important to note that dry brushing may not be suitable for everyone, and it is essential to exercise caution and consult a healthcare professional if you have any specific concerns or medical conditions before incorporating it into your skincare routine. #cellulite #wellbeing
