Drainage lymphatique du visage

In this session, Cloé Capdeville, the facialist from Osany, and I offer gentle, light self-massage movements to boost the lymphatic system. Lack of lymphatic flow in the face can cause a dull complexion, the appearance of imperfections, and a puffy appearance. Pressure is applied to the lymph nodes behind the collarbones, along the neck, and under the oval of the face. A V-shaped drainage massage is applied to the ears, and a draining smoothing massage extends to the collarbones. Light pressure is applied to the inner corner of the eye, along the nose, and down to the chin. Smoothing from the inside out with the last knuckles, dividing the face into different sections. 🌙 𝗘𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗘 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗟𝗨𝗦 𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗡?
