I’m Ky, a yoga therapist, and in this class we’ll combine seated, standing, and breathing practices—with plenty of options, pauses, and props to make your experience comfortable and sensory-friendly. Together, we’ll explore presence, movement, and stillness through simple postures like Cat-Cow Low Lunge Tree Pose Butterfly finishing with a deeply restful Shavasana. 🧠 This class supports those navigating ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivity, PTSD, or burnout — guiding you back to emotional regulation through gentle embodiment and the breath. 💫 What could add to your practice: Yoga blocks (or books / tins) Blanket or cushion Chair or wall for balance support Journal ✨ Take it slow.
