Squatting: the sh*t out & other benefits

Squatting is conspicuously missing in our typical Western life of sitting on chairs and using sit toilets. Throughout our evolution, until we invented sit toilets a few hundred years ago and in many places even before then, we squatted. Without squatting we are missing a number of benefits.
