If you are peeing in your pants even a little when you laugh, cough, sneeze, or jump, especially on a trampoline - your pelvic floor muscles might be loose and weak. In this video, I share a couple of methods to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles or the Levator ani muscles including the yogic method Mula Bandha.
