In this video, I will share how to make healthy tomato bread. This bread is made with only tomatoes without using eggs or liquids at all. The color and aroma of tomatoes can make very flavorful bread. Perfect for dinner rolls and also for burger buns. Put the ingredients in a clean bowl in order and mix. When the dough lumps together, fold it several times from the outside to the center. Cover the top and wait 20 minutes. 2. After 20 minutes, fold the dough from the outside to the center several times again. Cover the top and wait another 20 minutes. And repeat this process two more times. (total 3 times of rest, folding process) 3. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place until it doubles in size. 4. Transfer the dough to the workbench. Divide it into 6 parts and round it. Cover the top and let it rest for 10 minutes. 5. After 10 minutes, lightly round the dough again and transfer it to a baking tray. In a warm place, let dough proof for about 40 minutes. 6.
