20 Min Morning Yoga | For When You're Working Through Something

This yoga class is a 20 minute full body morning flow designed to help your nervous system move from carrying to releasing. We'll start slow and move intentionally through neck release, cat/cow, warriors, hip openers, and a grounding savasana in the heart of the forest. Some mornings we come to our mat feeling great. And some mornings we come because we're carrying something in our mind, in our body, or maybe in both. This class is for those mornings. You don't have to push through anything. We're going to move through it.
