Friday, Week 5: Me/Door - "Look Away", Non Frontal Portrait, Oil on Paper (07/02/2020)

This week we're exploring portraits that don't engage directly with us as viewers in our "Look away!" week. For today, half me, half cabinet door from our old bathroom in my mother's house. I peek into the cabinet door, to find... nothing :) It's amazing how useful it is to spend hours painting a simple seemingly nonsensical, irrelevant action :) Have a great weekend!
