After the stormy days on the Danish North Sea coast, we headed in our campervan to the tranquil inland region. Around Silkeborg, we enjoyed the stunning scenery, spent relaxing days at a small campsite on the edge of the forest, and finally left the wind behind. Refreshed, we continued our journey across Denmark – via the island of Funen to Roskilde. But along the way, our trip suddenly changed more than we had anticipated.
