Is There Such Thing as Overtraining in Your Bodybuilding Workouts? I would say that the answer to this is yes and no. It really depends on the person and the parameters involved at the given time. Two different people can do the same program and one will overtrain while the other will not. So yes, there IS such thing as overtraining, but it is impossible to say how much volume, weight, or reps, will cause overtraining in everyone because of the subtle differences between people.
