Is HIGH FREQUENCY TRAINING THE BEST FOR GAINING MUSCLE?

Is HIGH FREQUENCY TRAINING THE BEST FOR GAINING MUSCLE? Do you really need 48 to 72 hours to recover from a workout? Well, to answer that I'd say that it depends on a few factors. One is your genetics. Your fast twitch to slow twitch fibre ratio will influence whether you need to train more often or not and will also dictate what rep ranges might produce the best results for you. Also, your frequency will also depend on how much volume and intensity you choose to use in any given workout. Overall though, I feel that doing whatever is necessary to keep a somewhat higher frequency in your training can be very effective in putting on muscle mass. It is one of the secret weapons I used in my training arsenal that enabled me to win as a Natural Bodybuilding PRO. http://www.naturalgallantbodybuilding... Want to Support my work?
