Too much or intense cardio for instance can sometimes have the opposite effect of what people are looking for. If someone wishes to have a lean body, burning calories through cardio can sometimes not ONLY burn fat, but take the hard earned muscle with it. This is where strategy has to come into play. Why are you training? What do you want to accomplish?
