This moderate-paced vinyasa flow focused on lower body stretching especially to open front hip flexors and hamstrings - a great combination for runners, cyclists, or anyone needing relief from tight leg muscles. Sequencing includes half splits, pyramid, standing splits, triangle, standing folds and supine leg stretching.
