30 min FUN WALKING WORKOUT to the beat 3000+ Steps Cardio Aerobics

This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and requires NO equipment. Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the fun factor. This is a steady state cardiovascular workout that is choreographed to challenge memory and coordination. Most participants will get 3000-4000 steps of activity in during this short workout. to count towards your overall physical activity goals. If losing weight or fat loss is your goal, you will need to combine exercise sessions like this workout video with dietary modifications in order to create a caloric deficit.
