45 min 3500 steps TO THE BEAT Aerobics 💦 Low Impact WALKING WORKOUT

This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and requires NO equipment. Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the fun factor. This is a steady state cardio workout designed to challenge your heart and lungs, as well as coordination and endurance. There are a mixture of old school aerobics type moves (think Jane Fonda era) as well as cardio kickboxing drills sprinkled throughout. There are follow along instructions and coaching to make this workout easier to follow.
