This beginner friendly workout can be done in any small space and requires NO minimal equipment. Exercises are generally set to the beat of the music to increase the fun factor. This workout routine is a steady state aerobics workout. The intensity level will vary between individuals, but is more than likely to keep you in a "fat burning" zone. This means that a higher percentage of calories burned during this exercises will come from fat vs carbs (glucose) because the intensity is not all out.
