20 min Chest And Bicep Workout With Dumbbells | Day 11 Xpress Bootcamp
It's day 11 of Xpress Bootcamp and today hitting a Chest And Bicep Workout With Dumbbells. The total workout will as always only take 20 minutes. But again as always before the chest and bicep workout we first up have our 2 batches of tabata Let's ramp it up this week. Let's up the intensity and if possible up the weight just a little bit. But remember to keep good form You guys are doing great. Grab your dumbbells and let's gooooo BEGINNERS - For beginners I recommend doing each workout once. Go at a pace that pushes you and use weights that push you but also where you're able to maintain good form -------------------------------------------------------------------- Intermediate / Advanced - You guys , especially you advanced guys or guys who have maybe completed my previous programs. Push yourself at a higher pace. Looked to up those weights where needed and if you feel the 20 Minutes is not enough for your fitness level. Repeating the workouts and turning into a 40 minute killer routine would be recommended. Alternatively once you finish the workout.
