Incorporating the no repeat aspect that guys seemed to enjoy before. I also love the Dumbbell No Repeat workouts as I find it quite motivating and helpful during the workout ticking off the exercises as we go It seems to make that finish line and getting through the workout that little bit easier and more motivating With this workout , we will be hitting 50 different individual or combinations or exercises. Each will be performed for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest/change over to get in position for the next exercise. Creating all in all one killer non stop just over 30 minute full body dumbbell workout. Minus the rest periods , it's going to be around 30 minutes active work Again I suggest going light with this , you won't need crazy weights. But if you want or feel you need to challenge yourself more , then bump up those weights Alternatively , if you have a selection of weights at home or in the gym , have them on standby so you can use heavier dumbbells for certain exercises and lighter for others Well , I think that is enough talking.
