With the help of cushions, bolsters, and blocks, your body will be supported so that you can sink into the poses without strain or tension. Gentle stretches, passive release, and calm breathing can help release tension from the body, relieve pressure on the lower back and pelvic area, calm the nervous system, and gently support your hormone balance.
