This workout is fast paced and will challenge your endurance, only 15 secs recovery time will get that heart rate up and the body nice and sweaty. I have also programmed some fun kettlebell kneeling variations in this session. 35 Min Upper Body Kettlebell Workout has no snatches and no repeats of any exercises. This workout is a no repeats, no jumping and is suitable for strong beginners, intermediates/experienced kettlebell users. The heavier the kettlebells, the harder the workout.
