Rice pudding
RICE PUDDING 8 cups whole milk 3 cups pearl rice 3 cubes butter 2 tbsp lemon extract or your preference 3 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 tsp cinnamon In a large pot add milk,2 cubes of butter,and sugar to simmer. Add rice and once begins to boil, turn the stove off. Put the lid on and put in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove to the stove and stir to prevent burning if needed add more milk and check if the rice is cooked . Add the last cube of butter and lemon extract containing to stir so it doesn’t burn. Crack eggs in a bowl and beat them well then temper the eggs by adding small spoons of rice to the eggs until they get to the same temperature of the rice. Blend everything well. Pour into the serving dish and top with cinnamon.
