Naturally Intense High Intensity Training is what helped me go from being a skinny kid to a successful natural bodybuilder and in this video I am going over in detail the principles of Naturally Intense and what makes it different from other forms of high intensity training. Many of which were designed for and popularized by men and women on steroids but this is high intensity training for natural bodybuilders and anyone trying to build muscle without using drugs. It's very different from conventional training, as high intensity workouts are done only three times a week and Naturally Intense High Intensity workouts only last 10-15 minutes on average, (20 minutes at the very most!) Now some might think that it's impossible to make gains with a 10 minute high intensity workout and that it's genetics that allowed me to build muscle to the degree of a championship level physique training for such short periods of time, with such a low training volume and only three times a week, but I can assure you that it's not a case of just my genetics. It's been over 30 years of my life work as a personal trainer and it's a HIT training program that's been the foundation of my success as a personal trainer. Working incredibly well for weight loss, increasing strength, muscle building and also helping competitive natural bodybuilders go as far as winning their pro cards in natural bodybuilding competitions. My client count over the past three decades number in the hundreds, and I can say with certainty that this is a high intensity training program that can help the average man or woman build muscle and lose body fat.
