Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (2-3 servings) ・Chikuwa (fish cake) 5 pieces ・Carrot 1 (130g) ・Bonito flakes 2g ・White sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp ・Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp ・Mirin 1 tbsp ・Sake 1 tbsp ・Sugar 1/2 tsp ・Sesame oil 2 tsp 1 teaspoon ■Instructions 1. Cut the chikuwa (fish cake) and carrot into thin strips. 2. Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the carrot. 3. Once the carrot has softened, add the chikuwa and sauté. 4. Add the mirin and sugar and mix well, then add the soy sauce and sauté. 5. Add the bonito flakes and white sesame seeds, mix, and finish by drizzling with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. ■ingredients ・5 pieces Chikuwa ・1 Carrot ・2g Dried bonito flakes ・1/2 tbsp White sesame seeds ・1/2 tbsp Soy sauce ・1 tbsp Mirin ・1 tbsp Sake ・1/2 tsp Sugar ・2tsp / 1tsp Sesame oil ■Instructions 1.
