If you've ever wondered about cues to "relax your shoulders" or how to position your arms in down dog or the difference between Warrior I and Warrior II and why all of it matters to you as a rower, here's your chance to see real-life rowers (not yoga teachers) demonstrating poses and modifications while Laura Terry, yoga teacher and PT, leads the practice.
