EASY Vegan Cooking on a BUDGET

Hello you lovely people! I know you appreciate my budget challenge videos, and I'm back with more tips on how to save money on groceries. Even when not on a strict challenge, I aim for a weekly grocery budget of no more than 25 euros. Smokey Lentil Stew: https://www.pickuplimes.com/recipe/sm... Gmischben und Batzen: 300 g flower 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp oil 150 ml water Knead into a pasta dough and let that rest for 30 minutes. 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut in thick slices Melt 2 tbsp of vegan butter/margarine/butter in an oven safe dish. Form the pasta dough into fingerlike shapes. Layer the pasta and the potatoes into the dish. Add salt to your taste. Top with approximately 600 ml of oatmilk/milk (or add until nearly everything is covered). Bake at 180° Celsius/350° Fahrenheit until the top is golden brown and most of the oatmilk/milk has evaporated.
