Virtual Foraging - Wild Food & Cooking, Episode 1

We don't want to let lockdown stop us from teaching you all about wonderful wild foods, which is why we've created a new Family Foraging Kitchen video series! Episode 1 follows Vix through Maker Heights, Cornwall, discussing sorrel, dock leaf, gorse flower, penny wort, and three-cornered garlic. From now until April, we're going to be releasing six educational episodes that take you on a virtual foraging tour of our Cornish environments, showing you some of the delicious foods that can be found there, as well as a guide on how to eat and cook them too! These episodes also coincide with our Wild Food boxes, which are available for free once a month to support twenty local households across the Rame Peninsula.
