In this episode, Vix takes us to the Cornish coast and shows how easy and exciting our diverse seaweeds can transform a dish that’s created with packaged ‘yellow sticker’ produce, destined for landfill. There are a number of delicious seaweeds shared in this video, from the fragrant pepper dulse to the ubiquitous sea lettuce. Each one can quickly become easy to recognise and grows in abundance across the rocky shore of beautiful Kingsand. This series, however, isn’t solely about identifying and sustainably harvesting foraged foods.
