Wild Food - Burdock. Japanese Style Gobo with Soy and Roasted in Leaves in the Embers of a Campfire.
In this video I am foraging for another wild edible - Burdock, loved by children and hated by dog owners, this giant of hedgerow plants is often overlooked as a source of food. I will be cooking it Japanese style in two different ways, boiled with Soy Sauce and roasted in its own leaves. I hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
