This 15 minute reformer workout is the perfect quickie to reset your body and get you moving with intention. Expect a smooth flow that builds heat, improves alignment, and leaves you feeling strong and energised. We work through a dynamic warm-up, some core-focused sequences, and controlled lower body + full-body movements to get you feeling connected from head to toe.
