Why we’re focusing on lateral flexion today: Lateral flexion (side bending through the spine) is an essential but often undertrained movement that supports how your body moves and stabilises in everyday life. Improves spinal mobility and freedom of movement Encourages healthy movement through the spine, helping reduce stiffness and allowing you to move more freely in all directions.
