MATCHBOX Restoration No.68b Mercedes Coach 1965

This Matchbox coach was in rough shape—its window frames were badly damaged, and I hesitated before taking on such a daunting restoration. Still, I needed it to complete my collection, so I figured, "Why not?" Worst case, I could always find a replacement windscreen later. So I dove in, even though I wasn’t sure I’d be able to see it through. There were moments I nearly gave up, but I pushed on. The final result isn’t winning any awards, but that wasn’t really the point. What matters is that I gave it a shot. Despite the imperfections, I learned a lot along the way, picked up some new skills, and took on a challenge I never thought I would. In the end, that feels like a win in itself.
