Restoring a 1960's 'Giordani Studebaker' Pedal Car | The Ultimate Christmas Gift for my son!

I restored a 1960 Giordani Studebaker pedal car as a Christmas gift for my son. This is one of the most personal restorations I’ve ever done. In this video, I restore an original 1960 Giordani Studebaker pedal car, bringing a forgotten vintage toy back to life as a Christmas gift for my son. The restoration includes a complete mechanical and cosmetic rebuild. I repaired the steering system, fully straightened and repaired the sheet metal, and refinished the car with a full repaint and paint sealing for long-term protection. To stay true to the original look while improving durability, I cast new polyurethane (PU resin) tires, and fabricated new parts from scratch, including: Side mirrors, Windshield, Front and rear bumpers This project is about more than restoring an old pedal car — it’s about craftsmanship, patience, and passing the joy of making and repairing things on to the next generation.
