You can make them all in one frying pan, and once you put it on the heat you can pretty much leave it alone. By cooking it slowly, the meat becomes incredibly tender and has a fall-apart texture. It tastes just like something you'd get at a restaurant, and is perfect as a main dish for Christmas or a special occasion. Be sure to give it a try! Hello, I'm Yukari, a cooking researcher. By cooking it slowly, the meat becomes incredibly tender and has a fall-apart texture. Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients (Serves 4) ・800g pork spare ribs ・1/2 onion ・2 garlic cloves ・500ml carbonated water ・Salt and pepper to taste ・Salad oil to taste ・3 tablespoons soy sauce ・1 tablespoon mirin ・4 tablespoons sake ・2 tablespoons sugar ・2 tablespoons ketchup ・Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon ■ Directions 1. Grate the onion. 2. Chop one garlic clove in half and grate it, and crush the other. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the meat. 4. Add oil to a frying pan and brown the meat all over. 5. Wipe off excess oil and add the crushed garlic, sake, mirin, sugar, grated onion and garlic, and carbonated water. 6. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute, then add the soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Once boiling, cover with a drop lid and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. 7.
