It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients ◯ Tonkatsu ・2 slices of pork loin (for tonkatsu) ・3 tablespoons of plain flour ・1 egg ・1 tablespoon of water ・1 tablespoon of mayonnaise ・Breadcrumbs (to taste) ・Salt and pepper (to taste) ・Frying oil (to taste) ◯ Sauces/Other ・1 tablespoon of ketchup ・1/2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce ・2 teaspoons of soy sauce ・2 teaspoons of sugar ・1/2 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds ・1 tablespoon of water ・Cabbage (to taste) ・Tomato To taste ・Grated mustard paste ■Directions 1. Make incisions in the meat, pound it with the tip of a knife, season with salt and pepper, spread with mayonnaise, and let it sit for 10 minutes. 2. Combine the sauce ingredients, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and mix in the ground sesame seeds. 3. Shred the cabbage, rinse, and pat dry, then chop the tomatoes. 4. Mix the egg, water, and flour well. 5. Coat with the ingredients from step 4 and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 6. Combine the sauce ingredients and microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then mix in the ground sesame seeds. 3. Shred the cabbage, rinse and pat dry, then chop the tomatoes. 4. Mix the egg, water, and flour well. 5. Coat with (4) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 6.
