TURRÓN DE CHOCOLATE con Almendras Avellanas y Pasitas para Navidad, muy delicioso

There's no better dessert than chocolate, and if we turn it into nougat, even better. Chocolate nougat is a very simple treat to make that doesn't require any special culinary skills, just a desire to eat chocolate, and it's spectacular for the holidays. Ingredients 40g toasted and peeled hazelnuts 40g raw peeled almonds 30g raisins 200g milk chocolate = 1 large bar 100g white chocolate = 1 regular bar 60g melted butter = 3 tablespoons 100g hazelnut spread = 2 heaped tablespoons Preparation: Place the 40g toasted and peeled hazelnuts and 40g almonds in the blender or food processor. Process for just a few seconds until all the hazelnuts and almonds are finely chopped, but not pulverized. Small, medium, and large pieces should remain. Set aside. Place a pot of water over low heat to make a double boiler. Place a bowl with the two chocolates and the butter on top and let them melt in a double boiler. Stir with a spatula while they melt. Once melted, add the hazelnut spread, mix, and remove from the double boiler. Add the previously crushed nuts and raisins directly and mix again very well. Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular mold to shape the nougat, spreading the nougat mixture evenly in the mold so that no gaps remain. Stir a little to eliminate any air bubbles inside the nougat. Let it cool for a few hours, preferably in the refrigerator. Then remove from the mold and cut with a sharp knife.
