Chocolate ice cream is perfect for any occasion, whether summer or winter. It always goes down well. The best part is that it's made with only 3 natural ingredients, without the additives found in all commercial ice creams. It's also egg-free. You can also add a chocolate cream to make it even more delicious. Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream or single cream = 500ml 1 can of condensed milk = 395g 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder = 50g Optional: Chocolate chips, chocolate pieces, cookie pieces, or whatever you like to mix into your ice cream. Chocolate cream made with 100g of chocolate bar + 5 tablespoons of milk, melted in the microwave or over a double boiler and mixed. Preparation: In a bowl, stir the condensed milk and sifted cocoa powder until well blended. Set aside. Whip the cream until peaks form. You now have whipped cream. Gently fold the condensed milk and cocoa mixture into the whipped cream you just made. You don't want to make the whipped cream too soft. If you like, you can add chocolate pieces, cookie crumbs, or chocolate chips and mix them into the ice cream (optional). Pour into a container (metal is best, but plastic is fine). Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle chocolate cream over the ice cream if you like (optional).
