Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of chocolate or cocoa powder = 45g 1 can of condensed milk = 397ml 1 tablespoon of butter = 20g 1/2 cup of granulated chocolate = 100g 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (such as Toddy, Nesquik, Colacao, etc.) (optional) Preparation: In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken and comes away from the bottom of the pan easily when you pass a spoon. Then let it boil for about 20 to 30 seconds, stirring constantly until it thickens completely. Then remove from heat. Place the mixture on a buttered plate and spread it over the surface of the plate and let it cool. Lightly moisten your hands with oil so that the mixture doesn't stick when you roll the balls. Begin shaping the chocolates. Using a teaspoon, remove portions of the chocolate mixture and, with oiled hands, form round balls. You can fill them with a hazelnut spread or whatever you like.
