Człowiek, który ocalił hodowlę tradycyjnego pstrąga

The Ojców trout is like a goldfish. Not only because its skin turns golden after smoking, but mainly because it fulfilled the dreams of two women. Twelve years ago, Magdalena Węgiel and her daughter Agnieszka Sendor decided to save the trout ponds, which had an 80-year tradition, from being filled in. Their dream of restoring the former glory of this natural inhabitant of the Jura Mountains and the Prądnik River has come true. Today, in the heart of beautiful Ojców, they farm the Polish brown trout, which is used to stock Polish rivers, among others. On-site, you can sample smoked or grilled rainbow trout at the beautifully situated Ojców Trout. We invite you to watch a short photo report from our visit with Magdalena and Agnieszka and their trout kingdom. And we're getting ready to edit the episode 🙂
