"Time flies, but the hot dogs are the same," customers told us while recording the Małeks, owners of an unassuming hot dog stand in Nowa Huta's Szkolne housing estate. These half-meter-long hot dogs with Leszno sausage are a cult favorite, served here for almost 30 years. Their success stems from the simplicity of the ingredients, fresh bread, good sausage, Krzysztof's experience, and Ewa's smile.
